Storify is a Shopify-integrated platform that allows merchants to incentivize their customers to share Instagram Stories of their purchases in exchange for a partial refund. Our platform uses AI to verify whether a valid story was posted and remained published for 24 hours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using Storify, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

To use Storify, you must install our app on your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

Customers of merchants using Storify may upload or connect their Instagram accounts to post stories. Merchants are solely responsible for verifying that any incentives or refunds they offer comply with local laws and advertising policies.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or misleading activities, including fake reviews or paid endorsements that are not disclosed properly.

5. Payment and Pricing

We offer various pricing tiers. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through Shopify’s billing system. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Refund Policy

Storify does not offer refunds for subscription fees, except where required by law or under exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our software, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Storify or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written consent.
